Savings Programme Terms

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms govern participation in the EIDEX Savings Programme (the “Programme”) and form an integral part of the User Agreement.

1.2. The Programme allows a user to place digital assets and receive a reward for the period of placement.

1.3. The Programme is available to verified users only. Participation is voluntary.

2. What the Programme Is NOT

2.1. The Programme is not a bank deposit or any other banking product; deposit insurance systems and state guarantees do not apply to it.

2.2. The Programme is not an investment service, trust management or a security; the Programme materials do not constitute an investment recommendation.

3. Placement and Reward

3.1. The list of available assets, the applicable reward rates, minimum amounts and placement parameters are published on the Programme page and may be changed by the Company.

3.2. The reward is accrued for the period of actual placement at the rates in force during the relevant period and is credited to the user's account in the manner specified on the Programme page.

3.3. Published rates are not a guarantee of returns for future periods. A change of rates applies to accruals after the change is published and does not affect rewards already accrued.

4. Withdrawal of Assets from the Programme

4.1. The user is entitled to terminate a placement in the manner provided for by the parameters of the selected Programme product. Assets are returned to the user's account within the periods specified on the Programme page.

4.2. Where the product parameters provide for a fixed placement term, early termination may affect the accrued reward in the manner specified in the product parameters.

5. Risks

5.1. Market risks apply to the assets placed: the reward is accrued in the asset and does not compensate for changes in its market value.

6. Restrictions and Compliance

6.1. Assets placed in the Programme remain subject to the Platform's compliance procedures: transactions with them may be suspended while a check is carried out.

6.2. The Company is entitled to suspend or terminate the Programme or individual products within it upon notice to users; in that case the placed assets and the accrued reward are returned to the users' accounts.

7. Changes

The Company is entitled to amend these Terms. The new version is published on this page; changes apply to placements made after the effective date and, in respect of existing placements, only to the extent that they do not worsen their terms.
