What is P2P trading?
P2P (peer-to-peer) is direct crypto exchange between users without an intermediary. The platform guarantees safety through escrow (locking the seller's funds) and an arbitration system.
Is buying via P2P safe?
Yes. The seller's crypto is locked in escrow until the trade completes. If the seller doesn't release after payment — the system automatically transfers funds to the buyer after 4 hours. You can also open a dispute with evidence at any time.
What's the fee per trade?
From 0.03% to 0.15% depending on the merchant tier. Newcomers start at 0.15%, active traders with 1000+ trades pay just 0.03%. Both sides pay their own fee.
How long do I have to pay?
15 minutes by default. If the buyer doesn't pay in time, the order is auto-cancelled and the crypto returns to the seller.
What if the seller doesn't confirm payment?
Click «I paid» and attach a transfer screenshot. If the seller doesn't release crypto within 4 hours — the system auto-completes the trade in your favor.
How do I become a merchant?
Automatically when you create your first ad. You start at «Novice» tier (up to 3 ads, max order 50 000 ₽). As your trade count and volume grow — the tier upgrades automatically.
What is the security deposit?
From the «Bronze» tier you need a refundable USDT collateral (from 100 to 2 000 USDT). It confirms the merchant's intent and unlocks expanded limits.
Can my account be blocked?
Automatic 24-hour block on 3+ cancellations per day. The account also freezes if completion rate drops below 60% (with 5+ trades) or on 3+ lost disputes within 30 days.
Which cryptos are supported?
At launch: USDT (TRC-20). Pairs expand as the platform grows — BTC, ETH, USDC are planned.
Is there a referral program?
Yes. You get 20% of trading fees from referred users for 365 days. No cap on the number of referrals.
